Clear Path Dilemma
New structure and navigation
The new EOSYS site needed to reflect the company’s expertise in automation and digital transformation, while serving diverse audiences. The goal was to enhance usability, strengthen the brand, and foster long-term growth.
EOSYS needed a site that showed their strength as an employee-owned technical partner solving complex manufacturing problems. The old site did not clearly reflect their rigor, teamwork, and ownership culture. DBS focused on improving lead generation, recruitment, and its position in the market.
Research showed that visitors could not see what made EOSYS different. The site did not show the company’s rigor, teamwork, or ownership culture.
New structure and navigation
Addressing multiple audiences with persona-driven paths and messaging
Building credibility with modern design aligned with the Catalyst identity
Attracting talent with clearer stories and a stronger career experience
Ready for growth using templates and CMS flexibility
Six main personas shaped the site’s structure and content. Branding work identified four key traits from interviews and company culture. These combined into a single archetype, “The Catalyst,” which guided the visual system, messaging, and page layouts.
The UX architecture reduced friction by aligning flows, hierarchy, and mobile behavior with what each persona needs most.
EOSYS wanted a site that speaks directly to their customers. Each page explains their work and shows how they help. The content positions EOSYS as a reliable guide for complex manufacturing challenges, utilizing clear messaging and evidence to establish trust.
Brand colors, clean gradients, and industry images create a look that is technical and approachable. Clear typography and repeatable patterns make complex solutions easy to understand.
The site is built on Craft CMS for fast, reliable performance. It uses progressive web app (PWA) architecture, meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and has strong SEO and optimized code. Teams can add videos, downloads, and campaign pages without developer help.
