University of Louisville Physicians Intranet

University of Louisville Physicians (ULP) group is a collection of more than 500 dedicated doctors and dentists who work together to care for patients from prenatal days to the senior years.

Formed in 2011 from 25 physician groups that previously operated independently, ULP was in need of a resource that would allow them to disseminate information and communicate with their hundreds of newly acquired employees. Using the open source CMS, Drupal, DBS>Interactive developed a ULP Intranet, which includes important internal documents and forms, company news/events feeds, and an employee handbook. Viewed as just a temporary solution, ULP has plans for DBS to expand their Intranet when additional functionality is required.
