DBS>Interactive Presents Online Showcase for Hyland Glass
LOUISVILLE, KY (October, 2004) - DBS>Interactive, a Louisville-based website and software development company, announces the launch of an online showcase gallery for Hyland Glass, LLC.
Hyland Glass produces contemporary handblown glass artwork. Nationally-recognized artist Casey Hyland, owner of Hyland Glass, contracted Digital Business Solutions to produce his website (www.hylandglass.com) based on his appreciation for the style of other websites they had designed. The company also needed a new logo that reflected the artistic style of the artist.
"We needed something simple and elegant for our site, and we wanted to work with someone with a real artistic eye," said Casey Hyland of Hyland Glass. "We chose to work with DBS>Interactive because the websites they had produced for other clients show they have a stylistic sensibility that could compliment our own."
"It's always flattering to be chosen by an artist of this caliber," remarked Cyndi Masters, principal of DBS>Interactive. "Artists are very selective in choosing a company to give them visual representation on the web. Many sites created for artists have a design which detracts from the artwork itself. Our design team at DBS>Interactive includes talented artists who really know how to direct a visitor's focus to the right elements on the page. We are very pleased with the final product, and we are proud to have created a site that has been so well received by the artistic community."
